We’re Ready To Support You Through This Pandemic

A Statement from Lee Ali – MD, Expo Stars:

As the world finds itself in unprecedented uncertainty, I just want to get in touch with all our customers and staff to share our thoughts and prayers with everyone affected by COVID-19.

The events and exhibitions industry has taken an almighty hit over the last few weeks, and it has impacted our business, as I’m sure it has yours.

However, we remain positive. Our industry will bounce back. It’s just a matter of waiting out the uncertainty. In the meantime, we are working hard in the background to improve every aspect of our business to make sure we’re ready to hit the ground running when the world starts to get back to business.

We are currently very much still open for business and are closely monitoring all the government and event organiser guidelines to make sure our team is ready as soon as necessary. We’re preparing ourselves for a busy summer and autumn ahead.

Our overriding priority is to continue to support you in the best way we can.

In the event that anyone within our team has to self-isolate, measures have been put in place to ensure project timelines are maintained and the impact on operation levels is minimised in order to continue delivering a high quality of service. We’ll be as flexible as possible to ensure we can continue ‘business as usual’ while your team, or ours, is self-isolating and will be using video conferencing if required to continue our regular catch-ups, making sure every timeline and target is kept on track.

If you have any questions or concerns during this uncertain period, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I’ve also attached a couple of documents you may find useful. The first from Martin Murphy with guidance on leading your team in a crisis, an excellent read. And here, a guide on remote working with some great tools and advice on how to maintain productivity, collaboration and security when working remotely.

Finally, please feel free to get in touch if there is anything we can do to help you over the coming weeks. We appreciate that it is going to be a tough time for everyone so if there is anything we can do to lighten the load please let us know.

Best Wishes.

Lee
