May 2018 has been an extremely successful and busy month for our clients and staff members at Expo Stars. We have booked staff members all over the world from London to New York to Milan to Seoul. We must give a special mention to Marina in Milan who worked at Netcomm Forum; Ify in New Orleans who worked at AAPA and the whole London team who represented us at the Elite Sports Expo – some truly fantastic product demonstrations and lead generating took place across the board with brilliant outcomes and very happy clients!
Our Expo Star of the Month award this time goes to a very special staff member who is one of our originals, and consistent performer over the past 9 years or so since she has been with us – congratulations to Sonia for her performance as a lead generator at Interzoo!
Interzoo, taking place in Nuremberg, Germany, is the world’s biggest trade fair for the international pet industry. Manufacturers, wholesalers and service providers from over 60 countries attend the fair to get all the latest ideas and innovations. Our client was present at Interzoo for the first time with the aim to promote their brand profile and boost their international expansion.
Sonia’s role was the initial point of contact for the visitors to help our client generate new business leads. She proactively engaged and attracted visitors to the booth, engaged them in conversation and ask them pre-set qualifying questions to ascertain if they met the client’s criteria and target audience. She ensured the client only had strong qualified leads to deal with to allow them to maximise on their time with each visitor. Our client was delighted with her performance saying that she was “so kind, polite and a hard worker”, they scored her 10/10 for all categories including visitor engagement, professionalism and positive attitude.
